Gillette is an accomplished Ice Dancer who has apprenticed with the Ice Theater of New York. She attended Mount Holyoke College and the New School University.  She has taught ballet at the Connecticut Conservatory of the Performing Arts.  Originally from Manhattan, Gillette now resides in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut where she is an Interior Designer.
